SHIPPING POLICY

Please check, and then check again that you have given the full and correct delivery address!  We cannot be held liable for incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses! Together with our production partners we deliver worldwide. We endeavor to have your item to you as soon as possible and in 95% of cases, using a partner located as locally to you as possible.  However, if in any instance custom charges are applicable, they are the responsibility of the purchaser, NOT Milner4x4 Ibiza. After your order is received it has to be processed, then printed, and then it is sent out to you!  As soon as your parcel has shipped you will be informed.  Please be aware that we do not send to PO Box numbers or BFO addresses.  ONLY orders in the United States of America are eligible to be delivered to a PO Box number if the selected logistics partner supports it.

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Milner4x4 Ibiza.  We appreciate your business and want to ensure you're fully satisfied with your purchase.  If for any reason, you're not completely happy with your purchase please review our refund and return policy.

Return Window: You can return your purchased item within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions: To be eligible your item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. PLEASE NOTE: While we try to minimize the event of color inconsistencies, 100% color consistency is not always possible due to factors like machine type, settings, paper types, humidity and cleaning.  As such minor color variations are not covered under the returns policy.

Return Process: To initiate the return please fill out the contact form, we will provide you with instructions on where to return your item.  Please be aware that YOU will be responsible for the shipping costs of the return.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  Please do not send items back to the manufacturers.

Refunds: Once we have received and inspected your returned item we will send you an email to confirm its receipt and to notify you about the approval or rejection of the refund.  If approved, your refund will be processed and the credit applied to your original payment method.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please contact us using the contact form.  Unfortunately, as your product is made on demand for you, we cannot issue a refund simply for buying the wrong size, thankyou for your understanding.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your issuing company or payment provider.  It may take some time before your refund is actually posted.  If you have done all this and still have not received your refund then please contact us on the form provided on the website.
